INTELLIGENCE – WISDOM – KNOWLEDGE
INTELLIGENCE, WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE are necessary for our survival. Intelligence is the ability to learn, understand and think in a logical way about things; Wisdom is the ability to make sensible decisions and give good advice because of the experience and knowledge that we have. I wanted to be Janet when I was little. I wanted to look like her, sing like her, dance like her. I wanted to be her friend or sister. Janet is the most gorgeous women in the world.

Intelligence and knowledge. Mostly knowledge though, because someone might be inherently intelligent, but just poorly educated, so the conventional means of measuring his or her intelligence would not produce an accurate result.
But knowledge can be measured rather accurately, that's why we have so many exams at school/college, just to measure how well we learned the material. And often people who don't do so well at those are not stupid or unintelligent, but just lack knowledge, often due to being lazy with their revision
And wisdom is something that only comes with life experiences, and they are different for each person, so there is no standard way to measure how wise someone is. You can't sit a wisdom exam

This is the major flaw in our system of education. Most of what we measure through examinations and tests is the ability of the student to memorize data or actions. True intelligence is not bound or illustrated by vocabulary or trivia. Unfortunately, there are some who do not recognize this and underestimate people without the proper pedigree (diploma, manner of speech, etc).

…..My thoughts regarding your interesting question -
- Mind is what is created by the functioning of the human brain…all sorts of thinking go in "mind", such as memory, learning, perception, emotion, conceptual thinking, logical thinking, intuitive thinking, instinct, etc.
- Intelligence is the aptitude of the brain for doing various kinds of thinking. Thus, there are many forms of intelligence…it adds up to all the thinking skills a person acquires, such as attention, categorization, language, logic, creativity, memory, etc.
- Intellect is sum of intelligence plus the knowledge stored through use of the intelligence.
- Knowledge – two basic kinds – perceptual/factual knowledge, which is very concrete…and conceptual knowledge, which has to do with principles, conclusions and meaning.
- Wisdom is simple the aspects of conceptual knowledge with the potential for greatest impact on a person's life.
It does form sort of a hierarchy, doesn't it?

General knowledge contributes to personal enrichment, and a better understanding of the world (and the universe!) as a whole.
It will help you do everything from planning a garden (Geometry, Meteorology, pest control, planting season) to balancing a check-book (addition, subtraction). What about cooking? Lots of Science and Chemistry there! Knowledge and understanding of Art (color, forms, proportions, etc) can even help you dress better!
)
It will make your entire life more meaningful and successful.
The more you know about specific things, the more you can connect the individual, separate facts to other facts. This leads to UNDERSTANDING.
If you understand History, it will help you understand Politics. If you know the facts of leader's and politician's lives, it will help you understand History.
If you understand Psychology, and Sociology, it will help you understand how people and cultures act and interact. This will help you understand Politics and History.
If you understand Math, it will help you with Finance and Economics.
If you understand Finance, it will help you understand Economics.
If you understand Finance and Economics, you will be able to make money!
If you understand Music and Art, Poetry, and Literature, it will help you understand yourself, people, and cultures, and History.
If you understand all the many and varied realms of Science, the entire world opens before you!
) You will better be able to see how the Reality around you operates, and how it is interconnected. You will understand how to use it to your own advantage, AND how to preserve it for it's own sake!
People who KNOW and UNDERSTAND, are empowered to act, and to make their own choices. People who do not know, and do not understand, are pawns. They are ACTED UPON.
At the very least, you will never be bored! You will be able to think, and assess situations, and people, and events in a much more detailed and meaningful way! You will also be MUCH more interesting to talk to!
)
A great man, Francis Bacon, once said, "Knowledge itself is power."
)
Another great man, William Butler Yeats, said, "Education is not the filling of a pail, it is the lighting of a fire."
Hope this helps!

Not having enough faith in our creator. He is the one who gave men the intelligence to do all things. Without Him we can do nothing. We can not relie on self.
Most things that have been invented men have said "thank God it worked." Why would people say such a thing if they didn't believe God had a hand in it and gave them
the intelligence to make it work?

Mike said in his home movies that this was his fav. 2 Janet songs. And he played Janet alot for his kids. I know this is Janet’s performance but they both make me feel like proud relatives! The 2 most important influences of this generation and my life!
